I bought a Jeep Rubicon from Ed Shults a few weeks ago and I bought it based on pictures and info relayed to me from the sales rep , since I am in North Carolina. Thr jeep was as advertised and The Team at Ed Shults even drove down the vehicle for me to my house . We handled the paperwork over the internet and I am happy with the Jeep and would buy again ! thanks Jim C Charlotte NC

Be waened! We all know that dealerships are more expensive for service but sometimes desperation takes hold...and you pay for it in more ways than money. I've had a lean engine code off and on for months and when it came time to fix it, Shults was my only option. Sat there for 2 hours before I got told anything. An hour later, I got my car back and was told they had a part on order to add later. Went back in to add the part....AND to fiv the same engine code they "fixed" before. Sat there for 2 1/2 hours before anyone told me anything...they found the issue causing the engine code BUT the part they ordered a few weeks ago was the wrong part. The only positive was that they gave me a loaner til they fixed my car because it was their fault they couldn't fix my car yet.

What a joke. I receive an email saying now is the time to trade my truck. It has a link to value my estimate which comes in at 31,000 mid range, the low end being 27,350 and the upper end being 33,906. My estimate says 31,955. I waste 2 days getting out of work early to come in and have your appraiser rate my vehicle as excellent and then offer me 24,000. Thats 3 grand lower than your low estimate in the email you sent me! This is completely misleading and an attempt to get you in the dealership. And then they ask how I came up with that and told them it's in YOUR E-mail that you solicited me with. I have bought my last 2 trucks from Shults and 2 cars. I may file a complaint with the BBB. The sales team and the persons sending out the e mail's must not know what the other is doing as far as the trade in estimates go. I will take my business elsewhere.... I have all the documentation saved in screen shots.

They told me there was nothing they could offer me and I was trading a brand new vehicle. They wanted to make a big profit and said my car was only worth half the price. I'm so disgusted. The salesperson and the manager was making up things to depreciate my vehicle. Do not go there. I give them negative number in stars.

Absolutely wonderful experience buying our Honda Odyssey. Maggie Palmer is by far the best saleswoman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Answered all our questions and was never pushy. Will be recommending Maggie and Ed Shults to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
