Package is way over due, they claim I refused Package on the 23rd, but they never came to my house. Besides that the Package doesn't need to be signed for anyways, still waiting.

In 17 years at my house Fed Ex has never once lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address. I wish more companies would offer Fed ex shipping. I give 10 stars! The competition has delivered 8 packages to the wrong address in just December alone.

Delivery attempted outside of projected time frame. Confirmed a reattempt for delivery and took it back to the facility. Important package and nothing was done to ensure any of the process. Never using FedEx again.
