The owner and I did not get along. So, being the professional gentleman that he is, he prevented every roofer from doing work on my house. Vile. Buyer beware. That's what people with money do.

I would caution anyone from paying the high price for these windows if you are in a colder climate. Definitely do not use them in Chicago.

I love these windows. My uncle Barry was manager at a major league stadium in Colorado and specifically ordered Hope's windows for the VIP boxes. They were thrilled with the quality of the windows and the employees / engineers etc... I could never afford them but if I could I'd buy them.
