Ashley Gregory is the best! I personally needed new Home Owners Insurance and Ashley was able to get me better coverage and saved me over $150 a year! I contacted J. Edwards back in February of 2023 regarding business insurance. Their team and customer service has been top notch. They gave me a great quote in a timely manner and we signed on with them in May. Their responsiveness and professionalism is the best I have experienced in 16 years of business.

Called this morning to buy renters insurance and spoke to an awesome representative of the J. Edwards Agency named Ashley. Not only did I get renters insurance but I also changed my auto insurance as well to J. Edwards. 5 Star experience, Awesome customer service, very knowledgeable, saved half the money I was paying another company I was with for years and had everything done within an hour. Working through the closing of my new home purchase I ran into a few roadblocks with little to no help from another insurance provider. Calling Bryce & Ashley they were able to not only write me a better cost-effective policy they went above and beyond to provide the right documentation to make sure closing dates no longer were delayed. I fell in love with this agency. They were able to get me twice the amount of coverage half tye price than I was getting on an older vehicle through geico. Geico is way overpriced should of came to this place ages ago. Thank you to Ashley. I'm very greatful. Now I'm paying half the price, more coverage on a new car.

I don’t know how the rating could be a 4.7 it Has to be a 5+ plus these are the best insurance people I’ve ever worked with , I wish they could insure my homes in Ohio and Florida , maybe in the future.
