Incomplete website allowances-offers viewing of checks cashed but they don’t actually do that. Just called to have one of their representatives hang up on me when I asked about viewing checks online. First she got snippy because “you’ve never been able to do that” then told me she could look it up on her end. I asked why it’s offered if it’s not available to the customer, to which she repeated “you’ve never been able to do that”. I replied that maybe I should switch to a bank that does make available what’s offered and she hung up on me.

Utmost disrespectful/unprofessional bank that I've EVER delt with... The one in Randolph NY has very very rude tellers, and when brought to the CEO's attention... I can see why, it stems from the top down... Would NOT recommend this bank to ANYONE unless you enjoy being talked down to, ignored when banking, and treated as if you're just a giant pain in their A$$.
