I have been using kaczar collision for many years on anything to do with painting, damage, ect. To putting a whole new frame under my truck from an accident. They are with out a doubt the best at what they do. I will never go any where else. They are a pleasure to do business with.

I can't thank Kaczar Collision enough for how they handled my car and my situation. After my parked car was hit, I spent months getting delayed by another body shop (they kept pushing me back month after month). Eventually, I gave up on them and reached out to Kaczar Collision-and I'm so glad I did.
I spoke with them in early March, and even over the phone they were kind and professional. They told me the earliest available appointment is the end of the month. But when I brought my car in, the staff was incredibly understanding. I explained the whole mess I'd been through, and one of the guys—super nice—really listened and worked to fit me in. He actually got me an appointment the following Wednesday, which I wasn't expecting at all.Awesome!
They completed the body repair in just 2 weeks, and the work was absolutely flawless. You honestly can't even tell the car was ever in an accident. They had to cut and replace major sections of the body and frame, weld new ones, and blend it all seamlessly. In just two weeks, my car was back to looking brand new - you’d never guess it was in an accident. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are next level.
Kaczar Collision is the real deal— professional, empathetic, and truly excellent at what they do. Highly recommended!

Brought my brand new car in with a very small ding in the quarter panel, they were very helpful and got it taken care of for me within two days.. I'll definitely be going back in the future.

Kaczar is great! They took care of everything including my rental car. They are very friendly and the work I had done was top notch, and completed in a timely manner. I definitely recommend using them for any collision repairs.

Kaczar Collision does wonderful work. You will have no problems after they do the repair because it will be done right and look like new. You will love the paint job they do so that no one can say oh I see you have had some repairs done to your vehicle. The service is great and they are very nice people to work with.

Great customer service is hard to find at any business, and isn’t top of mind when I think of auto repair. Kaczar’s is a 10! They own Line-X Ryan runs the place incompetently does it respond to emails doesn't respond to phone calls or letters took us a month just to get the work up for the products we needed paid approximately $2,000 then we tried to do additional orders couldn't get them on the phone wouldn't respond to emails or letters cancel the order was supposed to send our approximately $2,000 back had to call the owner of kazar he promised it'd be in the mail within two weeks didn't do it 6 weeks later we had to turn it over to a lawyer and do a credit card refund process my advice don't do any business of either one of them there's something terribly wrong at both locations with mismanagement incompetence etc when you spend money you can't even get answers to question about the type of work they're doing clarification they don't answer the phone they don't respond emails and even when they promise to send your money back in 2 weeks 6 weeks later they still don't have to do it you have to hire a lawyer and get a credit card refund process going because they are badly managed incompetent and shouldn't be in business to begin with. If you want a nightmare do business with them I advise you to do business with somebody else anybody else would be better

I needed to get my headlight "wrapped' because of a car accident that I was in while I was in Jamestown New York. This facility was the only facility that would actually help me out.I would like to thank them for helping me out in this situation. They're wrapping (AKA press and seal) was good enough for me to make it back to Texas where I could actually get the repairs that I needed. Thank you again.
