Switched to Kinetic internet by Windstream. The process was seamless. From the phone call to make an appointment up until install, I had great , professional service. My technician, Joshua was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Windstream.

If I could have given a -3 stars I would have. Customer service? Do they even have it? Do the people who work there even care? If you hear windstream....RUN!!! to Spectrum! They will take care of you, not waste your time and to boot charge way less! And superior customer service!
