To give you an idea what you're dealing with, count your fingers after shaking hands with Bruce Macey. As long as you know the fair price and are willing to walk if they're being obstinate, you probably won't get screwed. Be aware of their 1/1 policy on returns -- 1 minute or 1 mile, whichever comes first.
