Bought the 3 room and hallway special. From the salesman Paul in July of 2024. I Upgraded to heavier padding added 1 extra 10x12 room plus 2 small closets. Old carpet and padding was removed when I came back into the living room I told the installers that it was the wrong color. He showed me his work order and compared with mine they both had just a long number for the carpet. They had the room down and was told to call the store. A couple of weeks later the staples they fasten the paddy down are coming up you can't walk barefoot or with socks. I called Paul and felt that I got the runaround and was told that was the carpet that I picked. I had taken a picture of the carpet that I picked sent it to Paul's phone and didn't get a response for 2 days. When I did get a call back Paul said the supplier will give me the correct color carpet but I had to pay Moran's labor to install the carpet for 1,700 dollars but they would split it with me and it would cost me 1,000 dollars. Since then I have called and even went there and Paul was either off that day out of the store. I have known Bruce for years and can't believe that he would allow something like this to happen unless he knows about it. He was never available when I called. I would never recommend them for anything.

Terrilynn was fantastic. She had worked with us in the phone so she knew what we wanted and had the paperwork all ready. She graciously answered all our questions on the 5 year warranty, which we purchased because of the electronic components of the couch, and was so easy to talk too. We love salespersons who do not pressure us!!!

They ordered to much flooring and wouldn't take back what was used. Then ordered the wrong flooring for the stairs and gave a hard time about getting the right stuff.

We had a new floor put in our 2 main rooms. We picked out our flooring, extremely hard because of so many choices. Communication was awesome, they had an install date and were right on time. The guys who installed were so awesome. They were friendly and gave us pure confidence I feel like we have a new home! I can't convey how happy we are!

I have made many purchases from Moran’s Floor store. They have installed a shower and flooring for me. The quality of the work was of high quality along with the product. Highly recommend.
