Stopped in on a Saturday morning and heard an employee in the back room making personal plans for Mother's Day. Wandered around the showroom for about 10 minutes and he was still on the phone. We left and won't be back.

I asked this company to do a standard "nice"quality carpet removal and installation. I picked out the color carpet that I wanted and asked them to work me up a price with my square footage that I would provide for them.They said they could not do that and wanted to set up a time to measure my home. I felt I had around 1000 to 1200 square feet of carpet that needed to be removed and replaced. I'm thinking it was the owner that came and measured my home. We talked about him taking the carpet out and installing new carpet and I would make sure to have furniture moved. I then asked him after he measured if he felt I had I had chosen a pretty decent carpet to install? He said he felt it was a good carpet, but never said it was extremely good carpet and extremely expensive carpet!! I then asked him exactly how much square footage I had in the house after he measured. He said he had no idea he would have to go back to his business and figure it out. He called me a few days later telling me that I had a lot of carpet!! But never talked about exactly how much square footage I did have. He then said the price would cost me "over" $17,000. I instantly told him that I was not interested and had a quote from another company for $5,000 to provide me with what I felt was close to the same service and quality carpet. The new company that I went with is Henry James carpetland. They came to my house measured the carpet and told me "instantly", I had 1440 ft of carpet, And they would do the job for $6,420. I realize there's different qualities and prices of carpet per square foot. I'm shocked that two different carpet suppliers that are from the same city, can come to my home talk with me and see the type of home and lifestyle I have and come up with prices so far apart!! I feel like this company was going to shoot from the stars with their pricing and see if I would go with it! Don't have a lot of "faith"in Piazza Carpet One!

We recently bought and had some carpet installed from Piazza's. They were so easy to work with and professional from start to finish. In addition, the install exceeded our expections. They did a wonderful job and were meticulous while doing it. Would definitely recommend!!!!

I recently moved to the Chautauqua area for my semi retirement and decided to renovate a few homes. I was in construction for 30 years and have seen carpet installers make or break a project so I was hesitant on coming to a new area and not having my flooring contractor to do my work. Well no more! The Piazza guys did exceptional work. One of the most conscientious and quality oriented installers I have ever worked with! Thanks so much for your work!
