Went to pick up prescription after being seen at Urgent Care and stopped at 555 on a Saturday. Pre pandemic would get beer at 730 8pm ever Saturday night. Now get attitude by pharmacist and assist. Pharmacist wanted me to come back since they closed at 6pm. I'm in fing pain, and your suppose to help but yeah, I'll come back. Sign says your open 24 hours, but guess that's a lie. They did fill prescription, but had to review scripts behind a metal screen pulled 3 quartes down.

Was at store 8am 12/3/2023. Had an issue but 2 girls working there showed a level of service that you don’t see very often. They are the reason I’ll continue going. Don’t know their names but hope management realizes what great employees they have. Thank you!

I needed to get my daughters medication after work, now she has to go without because though they are suppose to be opened till midnight, they keep shutting down and leaving by 9pm. Hope this isnt your pharmacy if having access to your medication is detrimental. Luckily my daughters isnt but i promise you she wont be feeling well tonight. You arent filling grocery orders, but rather medication that ppls health and maybe even lives depend on. DO BETTER!

They are a joke. They always give me a hard time about my meds. They are liars! Saying they sent something over to my doctors when they never did! They need to go out of business like the one on north main! They have rude pharmacists and help! Every time I go it this lady with long hair that’s old gives attitude to people. The older pharmacists just talks about his personal life instead about what you’re trying to ask! I’m sick of them. Never stick with refill times!

I’ve been to this pharmacy multiple times.. Each and every single time, I had dealt with someone who was extremely rude to me. I’m definitely too timid to call anyone out, though. & I understand people have bad days, and the type of clientele they normally have to deal with isn’t always the greatest, whatsoever. But you don’t have to be disrespectful to people who are nice to you. Everyone I know feels the exact same way about this Rite Aid location.I recommend Wegman’s Pharmacy on Fairmount Ave. They’re quick, efficient, and I’ve never had anyone portray the negative attitude that the employees at the Rite Aid on South Main do.

Zero stars - Do Not RecommendThis location had all the updates of other Rite Aids - new signage, fancy self checkout - but no actual service.I visited at 2:30 PM on a Thursday afternoon. The pharmacy line was at least 12 people deep with no semblance of privacy. The only cashier in the front was outside when we arrived and only came back in when a line started forming at the register.After waiting for our turn to pay $14 for mother's day flowers, 4 days after mother's day, my 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter politely asked for the key to the restroom in the back, which is a clearly marked public restroom - but oddly locked. The cashier stated, "we no longer have public restrooms - the new owner hid the key."Thankfully we made it to Tim Hortons before there was an accident, which is more than I can say for the drunks you're pandering to.

Great pharmacy. While they do not perform COVID Rapid Tests, they were helpful in securing an in home rapid test for Covid through my insurance company. I volunteer at the American Red Cross Blood Drives. It is important to keep the blood supply safe. I had been trying for hours to find a testing facility. When I could not find one online, I called the hot line. They refered me to two sites in the county. I drove to both sites and neither offered testing. I followed the leads from coworkers and those facilities did not perform or have rapid tests. Rite Aid was the only faciity to contact my insurance company and secure a test kit for me Thank you, I tested negative!

The staff is super nice on all shifts it might take some time to get ur medicine filled because they are super busy I don't mind the wait because I an treated with respect and I understand they are so busy because they are the best ......

Rite aid has def fallen down hill everyone is experiencing shortages of employees but to take 3 days to fill a prescription especially after I was told it would take an hour the first day waited in line for another hour to be told the same thing 3 days and still no prescription whats going on rite aid???

God Bless all of your pharmacy staff! Patiently kind and respectful regardless of people’s complaints on wait time. Time management with Vaccinations atop an already overwhelming system. Admiral beyond words - You are heroes to me.
