Absolutely terrible experience. Purchased a vehicle here that 6 months later had transmission issues. Took it to be inspected for issues and called the dealership to see if they would work with me on repairs because the transmission was obviously tampered with as shown in photos below. Dealership told me that because I did not inform them right away and had it quoted somewhere else that I was SOL.I only ended up taking it somewhere else because I couldn't get them on the phone. Voicemail said to call back on a certain day because of limited hours at the beginning of the pandemic. Nobody ever answered the phone or called me back until I messaged them on Facebook and was told to call their main location in Falconer. The man I spoke to who claimed to be the manager was not very polite and showed absolutely no interest in helping out a customer that bought a clearly faulty vehicle.In the pictures you can see that the cover plate for the transmission was welded by what looked like a first time welding student in high school. They inspected the vehicle and either ignored this obvious damage or didn't notice it, which would imply they take shortcuts when inspecting a vehicle's safety.After spending over $7000 on my vehicle, I had to spend $3500 on a new transmission that would clearly show they neglected to do their job properly at some point.If you want a reliable vehicle for a good price, this is not the place to go.

I had not had a car payment in 27 years! I went to Adam Miller at his previous location. I can not say enough about his integrity! Adam helped me through the entire process and got me a great deal, with low interest on a Jeep Wrangler! Adam made the whole experience much better for me! I would recommend Adam hands down!
