When we moved here I started to see Hannah; she did an incredible job but I decided to go to a salon closer to home. That was a mistake, after going to the other salon, my hair was breaking and thinned out considerably. I returned to Hannah today who took great care of my hair. My hair is in recovery mode after the last place and she gave great advice on how to get it back to it’s original healthy state and also gave me a cut and low light that look and feel amazing. Hannah is a great stylist and person. I highly recommend her and thank her for her expertise and kindness.

They completely messed up my hair!
Two and a half years of growing and now it's gone.
I clearly said I wanted long hair even showed her pictures she said it was no big deal it's all easy and she cut it wayyy too short.... not even close to what the pictures were. Or what I said.
I am so unbelievably frustrated!
I was even still trying to be nice and offered 15% tip but she ended up taking $15 more! 100% tip on something I hate that doesn't add up.
Clearly don't listen, or just don't care.
As I told her about the complaint she's just said give it 2 weeks and then drove off. Literally.

Hannah blamed me.
Said to deal with it.

I am a mature woman with graying hair. I had a process done (sorry, l can't remember the name of it) where they put in highlights so that as the hair grows out, it is color that looks more highlighted, so as it grows, it will blend in with the natural gray coming down from the top. I am very pleased with my new look!
