I have had my car taken here a few times since I have had it; for a deer hit, a turkey hit, and a rear end. They were very helpful and made sure I had my rental car promptly. They talked to me and my insurance company and stayed in top of things. My car came out looking brand new each time!!Customer service 100% , Auto Body team 100%, and a fresh detail!! I was rear ended in my brand new vehicle, the staff here made the whole process of getting my vehicle repaired so seamless. They kept in consistent contact through text. Which having 2 young children was so nice that I didn't have to try and sneak away for a minute to get updates. All of the staff are so nice and they think of everything to repair your vehicle and protect your possessions and preserve the inside of our vehicle.

This shop consistently communicated with me about the status of my vehicle via text without me having to pick up the phone. Hit a small animal, beginning of November, with my car; and, had minor damage that I needed repaired. After looking over my car, the dealership removed the damaged heat shield Nov. 8 and recommended 'The Accident Repair Center' in Jamestown for the repair. So, I called them from the dealer; and, then drove to their site of business- my car WAS safe and drivable per dealership. I explained what happened and asked if they would be able to fix my car - as my insurance company waited on hold for their reply. So, I was relieved that they could do it and that they would help me make arrangements for a rent a car so I could leave my car there for the repairs. As a customer my concern and problem from this experience is as follows: Firstly: I should have been told it 'might be a WAIT and maybe a LONG WAIT to get the repairs done. Secondly: it SHOULD have been suggested that it would be better to leave the car WHEN the parts were in. Thirdly: I had a rent a car-you helped me arrange a rent a car pickup- 'HELLO '. These customer Options should have been suggested but; they were Never stated, offered nor implied. So, I left my car- expecting the best. I would receive computer generated messages 'car not completed'; but, continued checking on it and becoming concerned. The repairs weren't completed till 12/15/22, over 5 weeks later WHILE I waited, in their lounge, to pick it up. Fact my car rental insurance ran out after 1500 hours, on 12/9. I am so disappointed these fairly simple $1200.00 repairs dragged out sooo long without any consideration for me, the customer with: my limited funds, minor repairs AND a LONER CAR. You did a good job; BUT, THIS is definately NOT a 'good' business practice. Shame on you, for making an inconvenience even MORE inconvenient.

Their work is thorough but too lengthy. It took a month to get the estimate to the insurance company then the insurance totaled the car. Previous experience was outstanding, could be to lack of staffing any the size of the work load.

Very pleasant people to talk to. Will change rating when work is done....well,estimate was done Oct 9,2022 after I was hit. Day to drop off was Nov 21. Estimate for getting car back..Jan 13th...rental car was done on the 20th of Dec. Not cool at all..Hopefully I'll get my car back sooner rather than laterServices: Painting

My daughter was in a minor accident at the end of August, after telling her to take it somewhere else and the that person saying to take it back to them and tell them to do their job they provided the quote to the insurance company and the check from the insurance company was written to them. The next opening they had was six weeks out, so we took it. When we dropped the car off six weeks later for repairs. Not one part was ordered from their estimate until days after we dropped it off and they could “look at it to see what it needed”. Six weeks later and many phone calls they finally had her car almost ready, there was just one more part they were waiting on. They said we could take the car however and bring it back next week to get the other part put on. That was three weeks ago and still have heard nothing from them. I get that parts have long lead times right now and even that they are really busy but to not order a part knowing the lead times until days after it arrives at your shop when you already had it for a day to provide the quote to the insurance company six weeks prior, why were parts not ordered then. I would never bring another car here if the accident happened in their driveway. It is not a one time thing my mom is currently one week three of them having her car and it is supposed to be another 4 weeks until it is done she also made her appointment six weeks prior to it arriving and they also provided her insurance company with the quote to fix it. Not sure how they stay in business but maybe they don’t want to.Services: Painting
