I have a refund coming for the lock and key I returned but I have to pick up a check. It came out of my chime account but it won't be returned to my account. What a inconvenience to me but a convenience for them.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady I talked to had the worst attitude. She was snotty, starky, short and just plain RUDE. It wasn’t just a “bad day” I called a few different times and she was always a B.
