I was at target yesterday 8/19/25. I am on crutches and rely on the stores mobility carts. They have 2 at this location, both pulled up to the wall, not backed in and plugged in to charge. Took one that had all the lights lit and started shopping. Got about 1/2 way through the store and battery was down to one bar.
Ran into a store worker in the health and beauty isle and asked if she could go get the other cart. She went to get it and I slowly limped the cart I was using to the front of the store. The employee never returned with the other cart. I had just enough power to get to it. Backed my cart up and plugged it in and finished my shoping which took about another 20 minutes. Returned the cart and plugged it in and on exiting the store the woman that was supposed to bring the cart to me was returning to the store from the parking lot
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TARGET! HANDICAP PEOPLE RELY ON THOSE CARTS SO KEEP THEM PLUGGED IN PLEASE! AND HAVE A TALK WITH THAT EMPLOYEE!

Good experience - lots of staff - prices are reasonable and it's worth looking here before purchasing at other similar stores.
We try here first...
Multiple visits later my impression continues positive. Staff are friendly and helpful, store is well stocked -- good experience overall. Recommended !!!

I know working retail sucks but all the employees here seem miserable, no one ever acknowledges you in the aisles and cashiers never greet or say thank you. The store itself is constantly trashed.

Their deals are never correct at ring out and when you go to ask an associate about it they get an attitude and becomes snarky. their stock is never correct online and when you try to call it asked questions they don't answer or they do answer, and just not say anything.

Was there this week and none of the correct prices were coming up on the items purchased. Even my 9 year old daughter bought a book with her own money and they upcharged her! THE STORE had a 20% off right on the book cover! I bring it to the cashier's attention and she says oops, sorry, you'll have to go to customer service at the other end of the store. Watch your receipts!!!!

Customer service is non existent at this store. If you need help looking for something or even getting something that is locked up. Just leave your cart and find another store. Not one employee asks if anyone needs assistance when standing looking confused, looking at a locked display, etc. Better to just go to other Targets and let this one drown.

My husband and I were planning to shop here yesterday (11/18/24) so we went in to look around. Every clothing area was a mess! Clothes on the floor, folded items in disarray and nobody working in these areas. So sad to see a new store we were looking forward to in our area to be such a disappointment.
