“I will start off by saying my first experience here wasn't the best eight months ago but I figured I would give them another try. Stopped in and told them what I was looking to spend on a car. Showed me a car they just took in the night before on trade. I'm not much of a Ford person myself (bad experiences with Fords) but told me about the car as I was looking. I was ready to walk away and I'm sure he picked up on that and asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. My boyfriend insisted that I atleast take it for a drive. “Gary was very accommodating, and made the buying process as easy as I've ever experienced. He took the car to my mechanic to be looked over, and he went and got it, I didn't have to do a thing. He did all the DMV work, changed the oil, had it inspected, and had the brakes been at 50% or less, he would have put new brakes on too. Before we found this car, Gary said he had replaced a bad brake line. The other brake line was fine, but he replaced it anyway since he was already doing the one.”
