They run you around in circles, ask you did you say you want speak to someone after 10 minutes, you say yes and the whole thing starts from the beginning...Someone opened sensitive mail,that was obvious and it was put in my locking box sticking halfway out.....

The mailman we have can't climb a step of stairs. He never attempts to deliver anything that requires a signature. But in the note this Shrek says the delivery was attempted, no recipient. Well, the recipient is sitting on the couch waiting for delivery.

Had a horrible experience. I was waiting for important papers and never received them. Instead my mail was forwarded to a different address multiple times. When I went down to see what the issue was I was told that they're sending it to the correct address. I even called up to the head of the post office and he was extremely rude about the situation. On top of that I have proof of my mail being forwarded to a different address.

Our mail lady does not deliver our mail always has a reason for it. Waiting on bills to come in the mail and we don't get them. She is the lazyest person I have ever meet.

Starting in around January 20 2017 post offices are not real good. Downtown Jamestown keeping up that tradition. I do rated it one star so trying to be friendly about it.

My mail and Packages are going across the street from my house.I dont understand why?Same as the gps are sending people at a wrong address which is not my correct address.weird

I live in a house behind another house and my mail keeps getting dropped off at the house in front I have reported what is going on and nothing has changed I have gone there 3 times

Welp after reading the other reviews, I see I'm not the only one....never get delivery packages!!! He always says "attempted delivery"....however I have a specific box for packages and a huge patio to drop them off on. I received multiple packages this same week fro UPS with no problem. The only problem was the lazy mailman who didn't wanna get out of his truck to drop off a tiny package in the rain, per usual.
