This shop is charming and unique. The owner is friendly and always willing to work to customize your vision. Great selection of new unique gifts or repurposed treasures. I love how the spring through the fall they have a fun salvage yard with great hidden gems. Always gets my creativity going and love including the many pieces I have acquired in my home!

Don't waste your time. Went there as a motivated buyer. Not one person could help us on establishing a price. Everyone we talked to said they knew nothing about the items we wanted, ran and hid to do google searches on the items, and left us standing there wondering if anyone was coming back. As someone who buys in large quantities up and down the East Coast, I can tell you not to bother. By far the most unprofessional place I've been to.

This place is so cool. Bought a giant ufo and wind-chime. I'll be back. They have so much awesome stuff for outdoors and inside. Love it

I had not been to this store since the pandemic. The place has a mixture of unusual gifts, tchotchkes, salvaged items and regular items carried by other gift stores. The prices are reasonable and one can always find something or the other. Do be aware that they have started charging a fee for credit card purchases. This has never been the case when I shopped here before. Also, the salesperson who rang up my items wanted to know if I wanted a receipt, because if he gave me a receipt he would have to charge tax. When I asked him if he was asking me if I wanted to make a purchase "under the table" so to speak, he said yes. I mentioned it is the law to charge tax. He shrugged and said, but we are helping you. I had just shopped at the Wren's Den in Marcellus, where I was not penalized for using a credit card for my purchases or any shenanigans regarding sales tax. I found my experience at Sweet Salvage today (4/14/23) disturbing. I am not sure if I will be going back, knowing this is how they are conducting their business. For this reason I am giving them a one star rating.

A lot of great and unique items here for sale and in the nicer weather there is an entire outdoor "scrap yard" with even more treasures. Great for antiques or home decor.

This was a delightful little shop. Lots of cute items to look at and perfect to get a souvenir or two! I ended up getting a pair of the best socks and a wonderful birthday card for a friend. The only thing missing was postcards, though I had a hard time finding local postcards in the city of Syracuse. But they did have cute little local items, so maybe they were just out. I am going to stop back through next time I am in town! Thanks for the cute shop and good customer service.

A variety of antiques, industrial, metaphysical, clothing, jewelry, candles, furniture, and even products from TJ Maxx/Home Goods are offered! Prices seemed a bit high to me but I don't typically shop in this particular area. Nice place to browse.

This hidden Victorian gem is a must visit! They carry tons of great gift and repurposed items. Everything is priced moderately and I always seem to find the perfect last minute birthday and holiday gifts. The house has many rooms filled with different themes and the salvage yard is super fun and has so many unique and one of a kind things. If you're looking for doors or tables, this is the place. Kathy the owner, as well as the whole staff are so helpful!
