Why is my very small package being held for pickup, and I can't get anyone on the line for answers. !!! When people order stuff for DELIVERY, typically, they expect it DELIVERED. Especially when we pay astronomical shipping rates! I want my delivery DELIVERED!!!

I now have my second note in the last two years that they can’t deliver mail due to snow on driveway. There is such a light coating of snow on my driveway that it cannot be shoveled. I have had the same plow service for 20 years and they do a good job. The only way to remove the “snow” of this amount might be with a broom?I have lived here and this it something new and they might as welll announce that they will not deliver my mail in the winter?

Thankfully there was no wind, rain, snow or thieves in the area as a Christmas gift balanced between the box and its flag- very disappointing

They have lost so many of our packages, it is ridiculous. When we called on the phone to ask them why it went from Jamesville to Liverpool a day ago they had no idea and said “we are too busy.â€

Very bad service, The woman was very rude to me. Unless you have no other choice, you should probably go to a different post office. And definitely DO NOT call them at 5:01pm they get very angry and don't have enough time to answer your questions. So if you're looking for rude and rushed service, I highly recommend the Jamesville Post Office!
