We brought our brand new 2025 Silverado in to the collision center from a deer hit speaking to Tom Cockman the body shop manager and knowing him for years I thought we were in good hands . When my wife picked the vehicle up and when we brought it home, we realize there’s drip marks of paint down the hood also the fender not being aligned with the front bumper so I called Tom to bring it back. I stated that the underneath of the hood was not even painted He gave me an excuse that it’s the rack that they put the hood on and they paint around it clearly that’s not how it’s supposed to be done. It was sent back to Ken Barrett collision shop . For the second time we received the call to come pick the vehicle up when my wife started looking at it. She realize there was a defect in the front of the hood. The body shop manager Tom Cockman stated that it was a bug that he had just drove the vehicle And leave it alone and it will come off. My wife called me taking a picture of it and I said clearly that’s it dirt in the paint, she went back and he tried saying that she must’ve just gotten a stone chip I called the body shop manager Tom Cockman told him that I needed him to resolve this issue and fix my truck the right way the next day my wife sends me pictures of drip marks down the front of the fender and a spot on the front bumper that was never painted along with clear paint, drip marks down the hood lamp of the truck along with clear coat drip marks down the fender of the truck . while she was driving it all the warning lights came on saying pre-collision sensors are going off to service vehicle I called Tom Cockman. He stated the lights were on when it came into the body shop and he cleared the codes instead of trying to fix the issue. I’ve lost confidence in him along with Ken Barrett himself due to the fact I’ve left him two messages and he has not returned. Any calls. Clearly this is a body shop to stay away from and not do business with. I’ve called my insurance company and the vehicle is going to another body shop and to another dealership to fix the pre-collision sensors that were never fixed from the accident stay away from this dealership and body shop .

Traveled to Batavia from Atlanta, GA. Our exhaust system went out on our trip, and Ken Barrett’s service department took us in 1st thing on a Monday morning and fixed our 2023 Chevy Traverse under our warranty, no problem. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Would recommend this dealers service department, they were courteous and very easy to work with!

⭐ Five-Star Collision Repair Experience at Ken Barrett's ⭐
After my vehicle was damaged by rocks and debris from a driveway sealing company, I brought it to Ken Barrett's for collision repair work. The results were nothing short of immaculate. Not only did they restore the bodywork flawlessly, but they went above and beyond by detailing the entire vehicle—making it look showroom ready and brand new. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly impressed me. Highly recommend!

I was upfront and clear with why my vehicle was in your shop when I made the appointment, but whoever made the appointment made the appointment for other things than what I said, plus there is something causing a lack of power and weird shifting and your professional shop couldn’t tell me what would be causing it. I paid a hundred dollars for a diagnostic to be done just to be told there’s nothing going on when I know there is. Just another shop treating their customers like idiots
