“So. Large package to return via FedEx. Not many drop off locations take package larger than 55 lbs. The Mailbox Store did! Otherwise long drive to a FedEx site. And young manager in Yorktown Heights location was really cool to work with. Sorry I didn't ask his name but, he's a Yankees fan!”
“Was running late they had just closed and needed to pick up access point package that was medication they refused. My medication better be okay! I'm really upset usually no issues here but wow.
Edit: After checking with my home delivery pharmacist and the timing of the delivery they informed me picking up next day will be ok. I was super worried as medication needs to be in fridge...and we all know medication is not cheap! I will say that the guy following procedures could have been nicer instead of annoyed. I do understand you're closed but no reason to be rude.”
“Very reliable, available, and communicative. Prices are reasonable, but the excellent service is invaluable. Highly recommend. Clean store and UPS trucks there often. Great location and plenty of parking. I use their virtual mailbox service for my business. This is a must-have for your business. I check mail while traveling using the app. Matt and Suzanne are nice people.”

“We recently needed to renew my passport and get a new passport for my 2 year old daughter. We made an appointment and came in with the forms printed from online. Winifee was so great and helpful with us. Winifee took the care with us and was so patient , it truly felt like my own mom was helping me. Had we not gone and done this process in person there were a lot of items we filled out wrong on the forms and were grateful for the assistance. In addition to helping us get our paperwork completed correctly, Winifee then also took our passport photos. The whole process was wonderful and we have already received our new passports almost 2 weeks later. I truly don’t know what we would have done without Winifee.”

“The Mahopac Falls USPS at 173 Myrtle Ave is a small but dependable post office. Service is friendly, and wait times are usually short. Lobby hours are limited (Mon–Fri 8–11 AM & 12:30–5 PM, Sat 9–12 PM), so timing your visit is important. Overall, a solid neighborhood branch. It’s a convenient spot for quick mail drop‑offs and package needs.”

Over the years, there have been several very very nice employees who are most helpful, and respectful.However, the was a change in Postmaster general in recent years.Much to my chagrin, there have been NUMEROUS TIMES THAT I myself, (n I've heard from others), that he is significantly rude to some of his customers. That should not be the case, but it's best just to ignore unpleasant people n there actions. (as long as they're not harmful).”
