I have been a customer with TD Bank for many years and with this locations 6 years .
I have never had any issues in fact the Managers and Bankers are extremely efficient and has treated me with courtesy and professionalism. Ms. Linda is outstanding !

The tellers that work here are the rudest, most unhelpful people I've ever had to deal with.The 2 gentleman that work early afternoons to be specific.

I walked into the bank, the tellers the managers just plain mean. Didn’t say good morning, even though I said, good morning twice, a lot of other banks out there that are very nice. This is not one of them!

I go there this morning to make a withdrawal and am told they don't have enough in the store to cover it and they'll get there delivery around 11am. Seriously!!!!!!! This is a damn bank. Never in my life have I been told by a bank they cannot cover a withdrawal and come back. How pathetic and it wasn't even a large amount. I'm just wondering if the 2-3 people behind me wanted to cash a large paycheck. Would the manager Evan tell them to come back. Such BS. I went to the branch in Carmel, no issue. Unacceptable

I use to bank there. Closed account after change machine scandal. Used ATM today for $200 withdrawal. Asked for all $20 bills. Gave me 2 50s and 20 $5 bills. Went to teller to ask for 20s, said he couldnt do it only for customers. I was a customer 2 minutes ago at their ATM that charged me 3.50 I could understand if I just walked in off the street. Funny thing is I was gonna bank with them again . Not now, especially after this. Ill stick with Citibank.

What is the point in having to make appointments when they don't stick to them and take people who walk in over you? its the third time this has happened which is enough. I will never use this branch again.

I came today to have to notarize a document. I have been with TD bank for who knows when. And had notarized any kind of documents at TD Bank. So anyway, today I walked in, I was approached now with EVAN, I was told he’s the manager. He denied my notary because he said he wont notarized it because I dont have an account with them with business. I told him that I have more than 6 accounts with TD bank and all of my family. He said yea but it’s a personal account. He cant with business. It’s a NOTARY!!!! I never had a problem before with TD bank denying a notary.I even explained to him that it says in the document that I own the business and there’s my name there so he can verify it. He insisted he cant sign my 1 piece of paper because I dont have a business account with TD BANK. It’s my name in the paper! I didn’t get it.I cant believe people are inconsiderate. Dont go to this branch. He’s obnoxious he thinks he know everything. And it’s notary. He only verifies that Im the person to sign it. Worse person to work in the bank.Oh and he told me there’s a pharmacy around the area to do notary! Seriously! This is my bank!!!! And he is shoving me away!!! Stupid EVAN! Stupid. There’s no rule for that!

This has got to be the absolute worst bank to do business with. Be ready to set aside over an hour to actually speak to someone, who then transfers you to another number only tobe put on hold for over another hour. Then talk to someone at the fraud department who sounds like they hate you and their job. Then after all the attitude you're told pretty much that the fraud department doesn't investigate fraud. For that they refer you to the police after they close multiple fraud reports without so much as an investigation. I lost over $700.00 dollars to fraud and they just wouldn't conduct an investigation. Stay away from this bank, honestly they are not interested in doing anything for their customers.
