“I would tell you that this is the best liquor store between Callicoon and NYC. And it is.
But I think it’s also the best liquor store I have ever been to. Period.
If you are looking for a particular bottom- to mid-shelf spirit, you may not find it. But the selection of hard to find spirits at a relatively low mark up is mind boggling.
If you are interested in spirits, it’s worth a detour. Nuff said.”
“I really don't know what the landscape of our town would be like without Upstream. It's elevated but accessible - the owners and their team are super knowledgable and have excellent taste and welcome questions. This is niche, but one of my favorite things to do is walk in, say I'm going to a dinner party at x's house, and ask for a recommendation based on x's preferences. Upstream nails it every time.”

We just opened a restaurant and bar in the area and JD could not have been more helpful, going out of his way to get us a last-minute late order on our opening day (and his day off!) and helping set up tech to fix problems with our soda line.
