Third party retailer ...They have no idea what they are doing. Couldn't migrate my prepaid line into a plan. And when you tell them it is possible they don't believe you. Sent me on a wild goose chase calling on the phone when it takes 5 min in store. Just go to Bethpage it's a corporate store that knows how to do their jobs. Smh making me write bad reviews over no accountability.

Want a great experience purchasing a cell phone from Selim at AT&T North Broadway Jericho. As an older adult he did not overwhelm with information and sold me the items which were perfect for me.

I had a fantastic experience at this store. I had to upgrade my phone and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Please ask for Selim, Carlos or Juan. I promise whatever you need will be solved and done quickly!!

I wanted to share my exceptional experience at this store. It truly stands out as the best in my opinion.
We recently encountered an unusual issue where changing our phone number only worked within the AT&T network. During our visit to the store for assistance, we were met with outstanding service from the store manager, Kevin, and his team. They were incredibly helpful and explored every possible solution to resolve our problem. Even though the tech department is still working on a final resolution, Kevin and his team have remained attentive and committed to helping us.
Their dedication to customer service is truly exemplary. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to everyone. As a loyal customer of over 10 years, it's the only store I trust for my needs.

Staff is very un helpful kept me waiting for almost an hour but still my work haven’t been done , just switched at&t for the first time and it’s not even one month planning to switch back to my previous carrier.

This is my second time visiting this location, I can not thank enough the people working in there, Carlos, and Kevin were awesome, helped me a lot on my plan and now I am happy with AT&T service from my previous provider, also got a Direct Tv Stream and offering Home Internet which is Amazing, no regrets I made the switch definitely ask for Carlos and Or Kevin I would recommend them to anyone.

We went in beginning of October, to open new account for five lines, moving from T-Mobile, the transaction in store went through very smooth.
