Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Stay away!!!! I came here to have one of my cars fixed. We were told it was covered by the warranty but upon going to pick up a car I was told that I had a $7,000 bill for the work that was done.I spoke with the manager and he said that he would take off part of the money and he would credit my account at the dealership for the remaining balance that they charged me for. I went back to use the credit but despite having written documentation as well as other necessary paperwork they told me that they are not honoring anything that I had because the manager who used to work there is no longer at the dealership.Stay away from this place at all costs. They are a bunch of thieves. Stay away!!! There are plenty of other Lambo. Bentley. Rolls Royce dealerships throughout the tristate area. Do not use this one!!!!

I had the worst experience of my life at this bentley dealership! Besides the fact that they were not nice and polite the person working with me had so much attitude and they were so incompetent !! I risked my life on the road because my Bentley bentayga had a problem with the computer system and my steering wheel was getting stiff in the middle of the highway …. They kept my car for close to two weeks without giving me an owners car and what they do is they change the batteries and charge me money for no reason !!After I called to say the problem is still there and they didn’t fix the problem Antony insisted that I should change the tires and that is the problem which was not the problem obviously!!After a couple of weeks of still risking my life on the road a simple local auto shop told me the problem is from the computer system ,very easy to solve and charged me a little to fix the problem!!Never ever try this dealership!

NOT HAPPY ???? WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE CARS ? ARE GREAT IF YOU LEASE AND RETURN. TO OWN WILL COST YOU BIG MONEY? ?. IN MY OPINION THE SALES TEAM NEEDS TRAINING, THE DEALERSHIP IS NOT HONEST & OVER CHARGES.

Very unprofessional, rude, and lie about their own inventory. The salesman, Michael Herrera, to be specific. Then they get angry at you, the customer, because you call them out on their poor business ethics. Stay away from this place.

I came to the dealership with my father last weekend to view a pre-owned Bentley Flying Spur. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist, who brought us to our phenomenal salesman, Michael Herrera. Dealing with Michael is like speaking with a good friend, while at the same time, he educated us on all the important points of the vehicle, and even showed us a few others around the showroom. The entire time, there was zero pressure from Michael and he was extremely patient.For all of your Bentley, Rolls Royce and Lamborghini needs, I very strongly suggest reaching out to Michael Herrera.

Amazing showroom and beautiful cars everywhere you look. We were helped by Marco and he was awesome to work with from start to finish over a months-long process. He remembered conversations we had months ago and would always follow up via text/call to make sure things were good even after we finally got our new Continental GT. He was super friendly and would definitely recommend working with him for all your car buying questions/needs.
