Terrible experience . Got told by the staff to move aside and had us waited for 15 minutes while they went ahead and dealt with others that came AFTER for no apparent reason despite us arriving and lined up first.

All of the staff there go above and beyond to make you feel like a private banker. However, Beverly is just amazing. She is thorough, friendly, and researches how you can make the most out of your money. She really takes pride in making you a forever customer. She believes in Citibank and it shows. I will never go anywhere else.

The one drive through machine is down and they lock the ones inside after closing. I have to drive to Hicksville and hope I can get cash there?! ?It would have been nice for them to check the drive through machine worked before closing on a Saturday. There’s two people that have tried the machine too in the last 5 minutes I’ve been here (one of them a poor elderly woman that didn’t speak English and walked from who knows where. She was confused by the machine and asked me to help her, but I couldn’t ☹️)

The followup service is just horrible had a fraud issue on account . I went branch 3 times and was promised a call back by staff … Guess no call back and when I went to branch back today 2 staff members were trying to fix vault combos in middle of day leaving no one on platform to service . I had to wait 45 min . 2 peolple in vault fixing combos and 1 teller in platform ….Just not bad decision but bad service too .

Beverly Benjamin is truly an asset to your company. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and caring. She and her coworker truly know their clients. A gentleman apparently left his cellphones (yes, 2!) at Citibank, and they knew enough to know who to call to help inform him of his lost possessions. In this day and age, it's so nice to walk in and smell that the place is thoroughly disinfected and to interact with such pleasant people!

Had my card deactivated due to fraud, which was due to a security breach Citibank did not defend against. Went in for a temp, and Citibank made a big fiasco out of it, on top of the hoodrat manager behind the counter who kept looking at me funny...which seemed racially driven, judgmental, or both. Couldn't wait to just get out of there - great customer service.
