RUDE AND RACIST WORKER. If you’re anything but white, consider yourself to be treated poorly by their staff member **ALLISON**. On numerous occasions that my mom and I visited, she’s always spoken to us in a very passive aggressive tone in comparison to other white clients that she always greets and treats with a smile. I gave it a few times to fully observe before coming to this conclusion. It seems very likely that she is racist.
My mom kindly asked for a shampoo made especially for extensions and Alison vehemently denied the store carrying such a product and walked away abruptly with an attitude. Her expressions are very rude and unwelcoming and she looks at us in a rather judgmental manner.
Another very helpful team member Luke helped us find the shampoo and led us to the correct product right away. Alison observed this interaction, embarrassed about denying the existence of the product to my mom and I. She proceeded to waft her hand under her nose, stating that the shampoo smells bad. She gave us a nasty glance and walked away.
My mom and I never bother to write reviews about a place, especially about a specific person. Given that my mom and I have been coming to this store for years with nothing but positivity, it feels demeaning to experience something like that.
No hate to Alison, but she should be conscious of how she treats the store clients.

Worst customer service ever. Young girl couldn't be bothered to answer questions and made me feel I was putting her out. Continued to ring me up with the worst attitude. Pity a manager was not around to witness this behaviour.
