This CVS is in a completely different level of unprofessionalism. The pharmacist is impatient and arrogant. I often have to wait for a long time for my prescribed medicine and some times multiple trips. I don’t know where they find these pharmacist, but I see different people almost in every visit. Don’t come here for your prescriptions!

First of all, their pharmacists are great: nice, knowledgeable, and hardworking. However, the staff at the counter is normally very inpatient. Also, everyone including the pharmacists are extremely busy. So wish you good luck such that your medicine is in stock and you don't have any question to ask them.

Walked into cvs with a simple question…
Spoke with a guy named scott. He’s was very rude and dismissive. It really looked like he didn’t care about the job. He was also low key racist to other customers as well before I spoke to him.
Found out that this guy is actually the store manger. CVS could do better and his behavior needs to be addressed. Good luck at this cvs cause they will definitely go out of business soon because of poor management. Never going there again!!!

Been going to Cvs in Jericho for many years, I must say the staff along with the pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and just outright wonderful, I must mention a wonderful young lady by the name of Ashley, who went above and beyond to solve a problem that I was having regarding a prescription, she was just wonderful! Thank you Cvs for having such wonderful people working at this location truly grateful for them!! 👍👍

My mum picks up her pills from this pharmacy regularly, she is 73 years old, on Medicaid, and does not speak English. On her most recent visit, she got charged $15 for Amoxicillin that was supposed to be fully covered by her insurance.

There is young India lady employed has been very rude, very unprofessional and very disrespectful. She even does not want explain or ask other employee, the reason why of this problem happen. I was fine for waiting medicine, but I spend more than one hour in the store to finally resolve my problem and take all of 3 medicine. I was sick and waiting for medicine, but she being so rude to me. And don’t know how healthy insurance work, I have to call the company to get information.

Awwful experience from little kids behind the counter and stating they are managers so they don’t need to provide customer service. One of them smelled like marijuana and alcohol while working. The little girl with glasses on with a attitude. The kid with the mustache is duchbag, retarded,ignorant and stupid

CVS is a great store, and in general we have an okay experience. But today was horrible, and it's all because of employees who behave as if they are on a picnic!
They are more busy chatting away then helping customers. A 5 mins quick shopping lasted 25 mins just because no one came to help get the products out, or reset the self checkout lanes for over 10 mins each!

Today i had rude experience from a pharmacy receptionist who wear a big black glasses.
I had a prescription ready to pick-up when i asked about it she blindly asked me to go to the other counter to check even without looking at the system and she refuse to.
When i asked about her name she refused to give.
I have been living in the same neighborhood for the last 10 yrs never had experience like today.
this is pharmacy should have courtesy , she should be fired.

Geri Abbondandolo does not understand the concept of HIPPA. It’s a disgrace. I was picking up a script that I had to pay a high price out of pocket (no problem with me) and as I was standing right next to her, she was gossiping with her co-workers saying, “WOW who even is this person? Why would they be willing this spend this money?” Laughing and completely mocking me. Disgusting to shame people.
