Went to pick up the medication for my daughter. I had a question for a second prescription, which I was not able to pick a few days ago, but she (Marcella) didn’t pay attention to my question and totally ignored, did not listen to me upon multiple request. Finally I was able to speak to the pharmacist to get the second medication filled. unfortunately Marcella acted very unprofessional and rude. I think the people need to behave better while at work.
Most of the time wait time is very long at this pharmacy sometime longer than a doctor’s visit.

Very bad customer service .
Lady who helped in pharmacy name Nikki.
Very unprofessional,Rude.
She did not bother or care about customers.
She didn’t bother herself to greets customer or explain anything.Seems she is there just to spend time and get her salary..She refused me to explain about the charges that I need to pay as co payment.i don’t mind paying money,but as front desk people you need to show some respect and loyalty to customers .
Very disappointing.When I asked her name,she became very angry and told me do what you can!!!I will talk to manager tomorrow.She needs to be kicked out..

My mom is in Assisted Living nearby. We've been getting her meds there at CVS,.Today, the pharmacists will not come to the phone. I've held twice for over twenty minutes. The schmuck store "supervisor" just told me he cannot ask a pharmacist to pick up the phone, only transfer me to be put on hold a third time.

There's always something with this pharmacy. I called on a Saturday to check if flu vaccines with administered to pediatric patients here. The answer is yes, ages 3 and up. Walk-ins are welcomed. However the gentleman on the phone said they're very busy so to please come in the next day between the hours of 10am-5pm. Although I really wanted it for Saturday in case my son feels ill or develops a low grade fever the next day. Whatever. I didn't want to bother finding another pharmacy nor did I want to put up a fight. I went in Sunday as soon as pharmacy opened but was told by the pharmacist to come back at 11am because they just opened and she's too busy. I was furious. I arranged my whole day of activities to come here at get the flu vaccine for both my husband and preschooler, just to be turned away because a pharmacist cannot handle doing her own job. After raising my voice a bit, I was told to please give her 15 minutes. The lady behind me told me she was told to come at 10am as well. Another time I had an issue was when I had requested a refill with the pharmacy and after a few days, no one figured it was important enough to contact me that they were unable to get me a refill. There also seems to be a long wait here. Every time I come here, I swear I'm going to switch over to another pharmacy but the proximity is too close to where I live.

I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and there were about 7 pharmacists working yet there were 10 people waiting. Service was slow I was literally there for 50 min and they eventually said they didn't have my medicine in stock. There were people screaming and talking and they kept on saying they didn't know how to use computer or where to find the medicine. Super unprofessional and slow and bad quality device. I recommend you go to other locations in Hicksville and Bethpage where service is much more efficient and fast.

A little bit messy, but has amazing service. Every time I came here, the associates quickly offered me help to find what o was looking for, and made themselves available if I had any other troubles finding my items.

Actually I live in jericho and I am in the health professionI have dealt with Paul Martins for many many yearsShe is as good as they get! An excellent pharmacist Keep in mind that at times the pharmacy is flooded with people all very demanding all different ages. If you want a great pharmacist go talk to Paula

Stopped by at this CVS because i needed something. It was empty but the guy behind the counter was very helpful. I got my item, paid, and was out in under 5 minutes. I just wish the CVS staff in the city to be more attentive like here.
