We had a question about a product warranty, and Jason from the plumbing department overheard our concern. He voluntarily helped us by answering some questions about product specifications. It was clear that he is genuinely interested in helping people. Jason is a great employee, and I hope Home Depot hires more associates like him.

If you order product to be delivered, they don't always deliver as promised. My home improvement job got held up because of this. It is not okay. Staff in the store are helpful and responsive, unlike Lowes.

I like this particular store because it is larger than other similar stores. Although I could not find what I was looking for, I was able to make a purchase online with delivery. Usually, they have more merchandise than I could find elsewhere.
