I placed an order of three doors. Two were installed after a long time, but the third door was not installed because they shipped twice damaged doors. It's almost six months since I placed the original order and didn't get a refund. However, I am still charged and have to pay monthly to their credit card.I called the second time customer service and was told that they will resolve it. As a home owner I will never get anything from them. The store is in Jericho, Long Island, NY

Giving a shout out to Terry, Asst. Store Manager , for her assistance and for her providing exemplary customer service beyond what can be expected by any customerDue to the efforts of Terry, she took a most untenable situation involving the purchase of an Andersen Storm door and transformed it into a great consumer experience for which she should be highly commended and which has resulted in my taking time out from my most busy schedule to author and to post this "Five" star review for which Terry is entirely entitled to for her efforts in making this potentially disgruntled consumer a mot satisfied consumer of the Home Depot.

Went in to start my kitchen remodel. Watch all the Home Depot you tube videos did what they said. Was there for my appointment with Al and all I got was Attitude complaining I can't give you a price I never asked for a price the he ask what kind of cabinets I wanted I said white ones I got laughed at. Threat like garbage. Could not find a manager and when I call well guy acts like I'm the problem. So I went to Lowe's and they were very helpful and said I'm not the first

Very disappointing customer service. Never order windows and doors from this Home Depot! Steve screwed up an order and I had to deal with it for over year and it is still not resolved. Andersen quality also very disappointing; some windows and doors arrived damaged. Not worth the ordeal!

If I could give negative stars even THAT wouldn't suffice... my wife utilized the curbside pickup today to pick up a new front door. When she arrived she was "helped" by a "jake" who's attitude really needs to be checked. She asked him if he would place the door inside her vehicle to which he replied "what you're not gonna help me?" She explained she had surgery a few days prior and she is unable to lift anything heavy. He then replied "well isn't that convenient" he then recruited another customer in the parking lot to put the door into the car. Thankfully the customer was more helpful and polite than the employee. After all was said and done this jake then lurked around her vehicle looking for a tip.... here's your tip: Drop the attitude

Waiting to return an item over 30 minutes. Customer service is understated. Completely unfair to make someone wait in line this long. However to take your money it's the total opposite.

Had the best customer experience today @ this branch. I had placed an order online for pick up I waited 5 hours to get a conformation to pick my stuff up I was losing Patients. I called the store spoke to a woman named Toni-Marie she was very sweet on phone she told me so to high volumes order will not be ready today. So I told her I'm gonna come in cancel and just buy there. She said you can but it will take like 45 mins to get in. I left my house cake to this branch. As I was waiting online for 10 mins a lady came up to me and said what are you here for I said I ordered online want to come cancel and buy in store. She said yes I spoke to you on phone. She took me off the line brought me all the way in and made me do my shopping. Hat off to the assistant manager Toni-Marie she was basically professional. Thank you

I feel compelled to write about a Home Depot employee (Raoul) who assisted me on Sunday (5/17/2020) who went "above and beyond" the call of duty. Full disclosure: I'm not the handiest HD customer. I took only one wood shop class in high school and there were guys in the class that did a lot better than me. I came to HD to purchase materials to construct a vegetable garden for side of my house. Raoul in the lumber department helped with suggestions for wood selection, measurement, selection of corner supports and screws. He even cut the decking lumber that allowed me to construct a custom sized vegetable garden. Total cost of materials was $67.76 (plus sales tax). Results were perfect.

The worst customer service ever at the tool rental place. The guy behind the desk is rude and nasty. First I walked in and he's nasty about to many people being in the store how my supposed to know if you have a small sign on the door which is tinted and can hardly see the sign may next you should tell the customer I'm sorry can you wait outside for a few minutes there's to many people in here instead of screaming out there's TO MANY PEOPLE IN HERE all nasty and then when you ask for help on a sander to do a floor his answer is the sanders are over there no help what's so ever and then when walking out cause I'm need help and this guys doesn't want to help he tells me that's the sanders that they have but there's like 4 or 5 different sanders and again instead of saying I can help you I told him I'm going to another store that can help me he yells Have a nice day. Great customer service. I work in customer service industry I would never talk to a customer like that and if I saw a customer walking out i would try and help them before they left. This is the Home Depot on Jericho Tpke in Jericho.

I just had the worst customer service experience at the Jericho Home Depot today. The first cashier charged me almost 600 dollars for about 100 dollar worth of flowers. The second cashier named Tina came over to redo everything and proceeded to yell at me that she and the first cashier were doing me a big favor. She said that she was standing up for her friend. She scolded me that I should have been monitoring the scanned price and catching the mistakes, and I should go somewhere else if I want to complain. Another person named Jimmy also came over and started lecturing me in a rude and condescending manner. So I was just trying to buy some flowers for my garden and instead had three Home Depot customer service people ganging up on me at 7 am in the morning, when they were not even busy and were supposed to be helping their customers.

Went to Syosset Home Depot Miter saw was on sale for $199.00 but were out of stock sales man said they have 4 in stock at jerico Home Depot. Drove to Jerico Home Depot Same Miter saw listed at $260.00 showed sales man photo and skew# from syosset he sugested i speak with customer service. Custermer service was useless they didnt even know who thier manager was they told me "Tony" and did'nt even Know how to contact him. Useless

The Jericho Home Depot has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. No one helps you at all. More like sends you on a wild goose chase instead. Don’t bother wasting your time in this dump.
