At this location i was greeted warmly by a young lady and a young gentleman who helped me make my return and send my package out. I didn’t get their names, the one was a young gentleman with brown hair and the young lady had black hair and glasses. Thank you to both of them for making my experience here welcoming. “Ok…so I live literally a 5 min walk to the Long Beach UPS….BUT that being said, I have NEVER been in Long Beach without them trying to scam me into buying a box for a delivery that does not need a box! The staff at Long Beach is very nice but they say the owner is the one who tries to scam people!
