I had a wonderful experience working with Cathy while choosing paint and supplies for my basement. She took the time to help me select just the right shade of gray, and she didn’t stop there. She also made sure I had the correct rollers, handles, and other accessories I would need to get the job done properly.
What impressed me most, though, was Cathy herself. Her personality was truly above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, patient, genuinely helpful, and had an infectious smile that made the entire experience enjoyable. You never felt rushed or like you were simply another customer. She made you feel as though helping you get everything right actually mattered to her.
Employees like Cathy are the reason people remember a store and choose to come back.

Marcos, Arron, and Jordan were all incredibly helpful and while I hope to not need to move and rent a truck again, I would only consider using them. So much better and easier than their competitors!”

“Rented a 6x12 trailer in Huntington Station, NY. Before I left I made note about the fender damage in the photos. What I didn't know before I left on my 400 mile trip to Virginia was how bad it was (held together with bungie cord) and had 2 balding tires. I wanted to return it to a local dealer but Uhaul insisted I call roadside service after numerous long wait times with CS and hang ups with regional pricing offices. Although I didn't like the arrangement Jeffrey Williams the roadside assistance fella was great and the tire bill came to $257. But nothing was offered as an alternative or compensation for my troubles. I reached out to the President, Ed Shoen, no response. Public relations was no better. I have rented many a time a trailer from them. I was going to rent another next month. This may be my last.
Update 7/20: Umika Austin the GM called me and apologized. Almost gave me a full refund for my troubles. I did put in another reservation for a 5x8 trailer for August. She did the right thing. Thank you!”

“I visited Garden World today at 2:15 PM and had a mostly pleasant experience overall. When I first arrived, one of the older white woman cashiers appeared rushed and was not very patient or helpful.
However, Sophia stepped in and was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit.
The store had beautiful flowers, and the staff were very knowledgeable about the plants and how to care for them. After I left and returned with a question, I also overheard the same older white hair woman cashier speaking about me when I return to get an item in front cashier. It came across as unprofessional and rude, which was disappointing in a customer service setting.
Sophia once again provided excellent customer service and maintained a very positive attitude, which really improved my experience.
Overall, despite the earlier interaction, I would still return because of the helpful service from Sophia and the quality of the products.”

“If you need propane deliveries, this is an amazing company, family run, with great customer service. Easy to contact, never have to ask them to come deliver, they come automatically when the tank gets low, and they are very friendly and easy going. After using Paraco initially, which was a nightmare, I felt very lucky when I found Long Island Propane.”
“Nice guy took care of me right away. I needed 2 tanks done I only had 1 so he told me where to buy a new tank at Lowes. I paid at the liquor store and got some wine at the same time.”

“My family has been with Perillo Bros. for at least 46 years and we are still very pleased and going strong! I have “ZERO” complaints about this company! They are a fair and honest company and offer impeccable service on the phone as well as their technical repair team! My oil tank and boiler system are properly maintained and operate like new!
The other thing that I love about Perillo is their network of affiliated company referrals is also excellent! They have given me top notch referrals for a new oil tank replacement, a new chimney lining, and a licensed plumber! I truly feel I am in great hands with Perillo Bros!
