Publishers Clearing House is a sweepstakes business where people enter to win prizes. Many individuals play the games, which are described as fun and sometimes challenging, with the hope of becoming a winner. Some participants report receiving notifications, emails, and texts that feel like scams, which damages trust. There are also complaints about technical issues, such as the app freezing and causing players to lose earned points. A specific error was noted in mailed materials regarding the silver content of coins. Despite these concerns, many still express love for PCH and continue to enter frequently with the dream of winning money to help their families or support causes. The experience includes excitement from emails suggesting a potential win, though often without the desired outcome. The overall sentiment mixes hope and enjoyment with frustration over trust and technical problems.
