After many years of doing personal banking and business banking with TD this one branch has successfully helped me decide to move on to another banking institution. I had multiple corporate accounts and went in to see a representative but they had people at the desks so the greeter directed me where to wait and while waiting I asked to use the restroom, I explained I’d be all of a minute.Answer was “NO it’s not for the public”.I asked are you serious we have a number of large accounts with you and you won’t let me use the restroom? His answer was Sorry its not for customers.Nasty unappreciative!If you are familiar with TD banks they have restrooms and usually avail to their clients.Funny thing was they actually contacted me to discuss some additional financial services they were looking to provide so I popped in.Never made it to talk to a rep.Just their incompetent greeter.I found another bank down the road no owned me up 11 accounts personal checking personal savings and 7 different corporate accounts and feel really good becauseToday I am closing all the TD accounts.

Always been easy and attentive to work with. I do a lot of business through this branch and they always make my visits smooth, especially during the pandemic.

I told the one teller,her name is Natalie,to cash my work check,against my savings account,as opposed to my checking account.she disregarded what I said,And put it against my checking account!! And it happened TWICE! And the manager,Joe,has an attitude problem,thinks he works on the top floor of Johnson and Johnson.when Natalie,messed up my account,the manager had to refund the bounced check fee IMMEDIATELY.

Needed to get 2 bankers checks for an apartment. When I handed them over to the managing agency found out 1 wasn't signed by the bank. So I had to take time off from work go pick up the check, go to the bank, get it signed and return the check. The manager who signed the check, Joe, never offered an apology. All he said was here you go. How absolutely rude and inconsiderate. No apology for me for not signing the check, or taking time off from work, or even to to offer me a little something for my troubles. What a completely obnoxious personalty and a way to treat customers. Even tried to log a complaint on their website. Haven't figured out how to do it. And up to this point the bank has been very courteous and kind. He needs to be fired to preserve this bank.
