I went in to print something, unaware of the fact that they charge a download fee, which honestly seems like a scam. I asked if they have machines where I could print myself, like in staples, but they don't have them, so I had to pay $3 for them to download my file, which costs more than what I needed to print (25 cents.) I will just stick to staples or fed ex from now on.

Everyone at the Great Neck UPS store was extremely professional. They were so kind and patient and went beyond good service.

I always used UPS for my shipping needs and notary services, store is always nice and clean less waiting compare to USPS.
