Quick local moving large sized objects. Decided to do in the morning. Truck size we needed was easily available. All done 3 hours. Easy to reserve online. No wait at pick up. Courteous customer service at Jericho NY.

Needed a cargo van on a short notice (same day). This location had several available. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Will not hesitate to use this u-haul location again. The self-checkout u-haul app is more than a little clunky. Because this location is so well staffed, I'd recommend using in-person check in/out.

Don’t bother renting from U-Haul. App is pointless and doesn’t let you return the van so it’s not actually 24 hours. You need someone to manually enter your info. Frustrating beyond belief. Fix your systems.

Wouldn’t let me exchange my propane canister. Tried to upsell me to a $80 new canister. The Home Depot down the street did an exchange for $22… save yourself some money and avoid Uhaul

Very friendly and quick team they have at this location. I was in and out quick. Everyone was so friendly. They answered my questions on the spot and were knowledgeable about what they were talking about. This location is one of U-Haul New York’s most hidden Gems ( I drive out of my way to go to this specific location so that says something )
