Best post office ! East Meadow & Hicksville are closer to my home, but visiting this office is like being a VIP, so I try to come here. Never much of a wait, the most helpful folks working there. Today Matt made my passport renewal experience a pleasure. Guided me on mailing options, was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process & best way to send. What a difference a location makes. While Hicksville is like the hell of post offices, Jericho is heaven !

To my complete surprise, I found a Post Office adjacent to Whole Foods which saved me travel time. Who knew that this Post Office had been at that location since 1958? The service was friendly and quite pleasant, that was a wonderful change in comparison to my other Post Office experiences. The postal system was established from what I read in 1775. I wonder what Benjamin Franklin who was the first Postmaster General would think of our Postal Service today. Would he be happy if the Mailboxes were changed to blue in 1971? Or that the mail is not delivered by mule. From what I read, mail is delivered by Mules on a long trail in the Canyon of Arizona. Amuse yourself and find an article on that note.

The best Post Office. My parents have a p.o. box for over 30 years. Been coming here since i was a kid. Johnny, Mike & Larry Are definitely the NICEST clerks.
