I bought an adapter from Verizon in Jericho n it stopped working after 40 days n they refused to make an exchange They did not even want to give me the information to get a credit . The worst customer service I ever received.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Do not go to Davina she is a racist ! She told me the store has NO APPLE PRODUCTS available but the next customer had no problem getting an IPhone. Worst experience ever

Terrible experience. Went first time got rushed out. Decided to go back a few hours later and give it another shot. Some how got rushed out even quicker by a Travis kelce look a like.
Don’t waste your time here. Has to be the worse Verizon has to offer.

Very disappointed. went in with a problem with apps on my phone asked one of the workers tecks if he could help me and he said no. I went into a store in Rockville center yesterday and the guy fixed it in 2 seconds.
I was having problems with my phone for over 4 days. And I use it for business. It was driving me crazy. I don't think I'll ever go back into the Hicksville store.

This is listed on web as Corporate store. You would think that there would be more helpful people. Not so. I waited a half hour for someone to come into store (listed as opens at 9am) one lady was there helping a customer. Workers came at approxinately 9.30am. After waiting for someone to help me., I couldn't be helped because they said they don't deal with LG phones..even though I have Verizon service. Verizon says it's an LG issue. LG says it's a Verizon issue. I GIVE UP

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bypassed an authorization for a purchase of a cell phone and AirPods. This was a fraudulent purchase and did not do their job to ensure this person was an account manager. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
