I recently visited the Verizon store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Javaney. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service he provided. Went in to buy a new phone. I was told that I can get a new phone and my bill would only go up $10 a month. They were supposed to get me credits etc. My 1st bill came back and its $60 a month higher. i could have financed the phone for $50 more but they misled me and locked me into a 36 month contract on a new phone line. Be carefull what these guys tells you . Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Usually going to the Verizon store is always a hit or miss. I had an issue and the manager sorry I can't recall his name was excellent no issue straightened out my two concerns quickly. I walked out thinking they finally got someone in the Jericho store who is sharp. Shame on me for not writing down his name. I tried calling the store but there isn't a direct number. Great job!! Thanks

I went to this corporate store to get a copy of receipt of earbuds I bought. It stopped working and it was past warranty, since the product was defective Sony(manufacturer) wanted a receipt to replace the product. The first guy I met there wasn't able to get the receipt, he came back and told me that Verizon will replace the product and instead of going thru Sony and he asked me to bring the product. The next day I go there with the product, I met this lady Louisa, she told me she is that guys boss she won't replace it. I then asked for receipt then, she tried and didn't know what to do and when I insisted she became very rude and told that the receipt is not in the system and she doesn't have to help me in any way. It is very unprofessional if you don't honor what you said, and if what you committed to was a mistake try to be a at least a little sorry about it. You don't have to lie and make up stories.I walked into a verizon store in the city this week and told them this issue, the person helping me there was also not able to print it, but she *genuinely* wanted to help. She escalated the issue to someone and I got the receipt emailed to me in 24 hours.I've been a Verizon customer for over 8 years and spoken with quite a few employees and most of the very positive, and experience with Louisa was the absolute WORST experience I have ever received.Lousia - Not everyone is looking for handouts. If you don't like your job, quit. Find and do something that you like to do, you don't have to be miserable and make others life hard.

Horrible service. When we come in need sign in. Just sign in the name and phone number. Did not ask what kind service we needed. Just waiting. Two hours waiting. The lady said we are the next one. But I saw who come in late then us. They get service in front of us. Finally after two hours waiting, someone help us. Just started few minutes the lady who signed us in ,she said she can help us to do it. Before she just sit down near us . She didn’t do anything or asked anything. Told us just waiting . We just need change the phone for the big megabyte. After two hours waiting she said she can help. She just said to the person who helping us . She can help us. Why tell us waiting for two hours? Then she said she can. help. I can believe what kind service this? Please don’ Waste customer time next time

I decided to visit this location because I had many issues that could not be resolved by Verizon representatives over the phone. Peter M. was the specialist I was immediately greeted by in the store. He resolved every single problem I needed help with and was beyond patient with me (as I was already frustrated from spending 2 hours on the phone with customer support) Peter was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The genuine assistance I received was much appreciated!

**ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS**I wish I can give zero star to this location. Rep Tyler who I asked for help to return one of the product I picked at their Huntington station location refuses to help me out. He rudely returned my case.He is rude , unprofessional and racist. He should not be working in customer service. He refused to sell me a case by saying we dont have it but another rep is selling the same case to another customer. When I ask him Can I get the same case , he rudely said we dont have and left the sales floor. I had to ask store manager for help. **ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS**

Umer helped me today. He is amazing. He is patient, calm, relaxed, smiles a lot and took plenty of time to help me retrieve information so that I could erase my old phone. He also helped me get Face ID set up on multiple apps. I didn’t know that a new phone required entering and changing passwords. This was an incredibly stressful process for me that was made so easy with Umer’s unrushed lovely manner. Verizon is so lucky to have him representing the company. He would be great training new employees. It is very important to have people who are patient with customers. I am leaving here totally satisfied!!!
