I did the survey and it said I wasn't happy with Beck. I was VERY HAPPY WITH BECK. But AI read it wrong. It's artificial intelligence I'm VERY UNHAPPY WITH. SO PLEASE STOP USING IT!!!! PLEASE FIX HOW IT READ MY REACTION. SHE GOT ME TO BUY ANOTHER LINE.

Krista and Matt are awesome! They handled everything I needed and did it with friendly attitudes, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend stopping by the store instead of beating your head against the wall with the phone reps.

Beck is amazing! Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. She made our switch from Verizon to AT&T a very pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend the store and especially Beck.

The visit to the Oakdale Commons location was quick due to Matt being very knowledgeable of his products and confident with his answers. I did not feel pressure at all to buy anything I didn’t want, options were presented and I made the decision as to what I wanted. This visit was enjoyable and I am very happy with the product and services provided. Thanks Matt!

I'm so happy I chose go to the Oakdale mall store. I have been a customer for several years and I can honestly say this was my best in-store experience. Matt was the employee who helped with with everything I went in for and more. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He took time to listen and answer all my questions. I am very grateful he was there to help me.

Many of the sales people at The stores can be very rude and not very helpful. Also, customer service via phone conversations is even less helpful. You can never talk to the same person. They never do what they say they’re gonna do and they never know that you called before you have to start all over.

the reps are all nice and helpful but the company is not helpful when it comes to billing issues and they always find a reason for the service to cost more than agreed

Well what I thought was a wonderful experience turned out to be not so wonderful. I received an email a couple of days later that I was signed up for a protect advantage plan. Which was not mentioned one time by the sales rep for an extra $50 plus tax a month, I will be charged. So I got charged for a service that I didn't need, want, or agree with?
