SureStay Plus by Best Western Johnson City Binghamton offers great value with very clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms that include a fridge, microwave, and a nice desk area. The staff receives high praise for being kind, considerate, and friendly to all guests. However, the hotel's location downtown and the outside area are concerning, with scary people in and around the parking lot raising safety issues. The complimentary breakfast is consistently criticized as a total joke, with very limited options like a few packaged muffins, some cereal, little fruit, and no bread. While the beds are clean and comfy, some areas like the bathroom are only kinda clean, and a faint smell is noted. The hotel is in the process of fixing up, but advertised amenities like a gym and pool are not available. It is considered not bad for a short stay, especially if the rate is under $89 per night.
Decent hotel. It was cheap. Has had half a makeover so some things show their age where as the rooms are decent.

Although down town, people in and around parking lot were scary. They are in the process of fixing it up and was actually very nice for the price. Was very cleanSafety: Was a little concerning when going out into the parking lot.
