“Got a slight dent in my fender so I went in and Matt helped me out. They where all very kind and gave me a quote in less then 10 minutes, Matt also buffed out some scratches that where on my car which was very nice and something he didn’t have to do but still did. They quoted me $1,200 compared to the other body shop that’s quoted me $2,800. 10/10 would recommend takeing your car here.”

“I stopped by out of the blue to get a quote for some damage on my car and John was great. He immediately helped me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I told him it might be a little while before I'm able to have a repair done and he advised me of ways I could protect the damage in the short term, something that other body shops I went to didn't really do when I had asked them about it. Overall, it was a much more transparent experience than some of the other local body shops I visited. John was so helpful and straightforward and you can tell he's been doing this for a very long time, I'll definitely be contacting them when I'm ready to have the work done”

“They replaced front springs and adjusted the rear suspension, greatly improving the handling of my Chevrolet Turtletop bus for a reasonable price. Few places in the region can do what they do. Staff was willing to talk and explain the specifics of my repair in detail. Staff was down to earth and friendly. I was a customer in 1978 and immediately remembered how they solved my suspension problem then and went directly to them for this more recent repair.”

Unfortunately, my experience at the very end left a bad impression. When I picked up my car, I noticed visible dirt on the driver’s seat, so I called and was told to bring it back and that they would take care of it. When I returned, the initial attempt to clean it with a cloth actually made the dirt look worse, and the situation became unnecessarily uncomfortable.
What bothered me most, however, was the way one of the employees spoke about me while I was standing right there and then continued discussing me with another employee while I was waiting inside. I could hear comments and laughing about me as a customer. I found this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. A lack of basic courtesy and professionalism like that could easily leave any customer with a very negative impression of a business, especially when they have trusted the shop with their vehicle and spent a significant amount of money on the repair.
Thankfully, another gentleman ultimately took the car into the back and properly cleaned the seat. He was very kind and told me that if five minutes of his time made me happy, it was worth it, which I genuinely appreciated.
The issue was ultimately resolved, and I’m happy with the repair overall. I would give the shop four stars because I hope this employee recognizes that how you speak about customers—especially within earshot of them—is a reflection of the business and of the customer service you provide.”
