About Budget

Budget offers a range of rental vehicles at reasonable prices, making the rental experience hassle-free from start to finish. Customers appreciate the easy pick-up and drop-off process, with quick service at locations like Binghamton Airport. Many reviews highlight the excellent and friendly service, noting how staff go out of their way to assist. However, some feedback mentions issues with cleanliness, such as lingering odors from previous rentals and unwashed vehicles. Despite these concerns, the overall experience tends to be positive, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their vehicles, including newer models like the 2024 Ford F150 and Nissan Rogue Sport. While wait times can occur during peak travel times, Budget remains a preferred choice for car rentals, especially for those looking for affordability and convenience.
