Lived here for a few semesters, probably the cheapest place you can find which has decent living space. Not far at all from Binghamton campus. Only gas and electricity are not included in rent and can range from $20-100.

I have lived there for 19 months, if you are a student in BU, this is the perfect place for you. The manager Mr. Scott Singer is really friendly and also helped me alot. The place is perfect and considered cheap for what you get. If i was still a student in BU , I would definitely come back here again.

This place was my best experience! Very clean and neat place and very professional management!! Scott was very cooperative, and accommodating all tenants. Very smooth communication and I highly recommend this place for all students or working professionals!
