If you are unfortunate enough to lose a spouse, don’t do business with them. They hold all direct deposits after you notify them of the death, and advise you not to take your spouses name off the account, allowing them to delay getting your money. Then blame it that their system is old.

Local branch people are very nice and helpful but they have a lot of problems with debit cards and not taking off pending amounts after being processed (Charging you twice then making you wait for a refund) Has happened twice to me now.. wont happen again

Was lied to when given ss# and birth date ,told wasn't what they had on record,30 mins. Later had no problem at the Montrose Pa. Location !!
