I took my passport photo and the guy said one of the photos my eyes looked different sizes. And proceeded to say it again when we were looking at the photos he said it again. I was uncomfortable and my eyes are my biggest insecurity.

David, Pharmacy Tech, is literally the reason I keep coming to this location. I transferred my Rx to 269 Harry L Drive after having it at Riverside Dr. because of their lack of good customer service... Not just to me but I witnessed it with other customers, including an elderly woman. While I was so disappointed, I believed this was not coming practice. When I switched to Harry L Dr , I was more than pleasantly surprised with David. Friendly, efficient, helpful, patient. 10 out of 5 stars!

I don’t use self checkout, as all CVS wants to do is put people out of work. But after tonight’s customer service, the guy that waited in me SHOULD be out out of work. I couldn’t find him anywhere in the store, and three of us waiting to cash out. They don’t have the bell to ring any longer.. as they would prefer you give up and use the self checkout. I wandered around for a while trying to find him. When he finally arrived, the customer service left much to be desired and he was a bit smart mouthed. Not a fan.. I don’t care for being mistreated as a customer
Too many places to spend money these days.. Walgreens and Amazon will be my go to places from now on.
By the way.. self checkout cost CVS far more money from theft than they ever save. I’ve seen so many people there not ringing up all their things and walking out the door.. bye CVS..

Cashier could have cared less if I was a customer. Prevented me for getting CVS rewards by not asking for my reward card or phone number for three transaction.

When I went to pick up my medication, the pharmacist ended up loudly announcing the details of my prescription for everyone in the vicinity to hear. It was definitely not what I expected and made me feel like my privacy wasn't respected.I think it's important for pharmacies to prioritize patient confidentiality, so incidents like this don't happen. Hopefully, CVS addresses this issue and ensures that their staff members are more mindful of customers' privacy in the future.

Made an appointment for a flu vaccine online. It asked me if I wanted another vax as well while signing up, to which I said yes. Arrived 5 mins early to my appointment, explained why I was there, and the pharmacist made a deep sigh like my being there was a huge inconvenience, tried to talk me out of getting one of the shots, and told me it was going to be very painful. (It ended up being fine). Not sure if this is the same crew as the now closed CVS on Main St by Wilson Hospital where they were also very rude, but I will never come back to this one. I'm not sure why the folks at the pharmacy seem to be in such a terrible mood, but I felt like my existence in their space was a huge imposition. Other CVS locations are very good, so I think this is just a staffing issue.

I went to call for my medication over a week ago. It wasn't ready. So my aid call before she left and still not ready. Then today I call for my daughter antibiotic for her tooth and kept saying they where out for lunch even though it was way past 2. I finally called the front of store and was told there was no pharmacy for that day and I have to go somewhere else. This is bad service. I'm switching

I went in Sunday during their posted pharmacy hours to find a hand written note that stated pharmacy closed from 11 to 2. So I asked why the pharmacy was closed and the cashier said while walking away from me that he wasn't sure. So I asked for a manager and the manager told me they didn't have staff and that she didn't know until that morning. I asked if CVS tells their employees when they work or do the employees dictate when they'll work. Her answer was there wasn't anything she could do. So I went back today to take all my prescriptions off automatic refill and speak to the store manager. The assistant manager told me the store manager was out of the store until next week. She asked what I needed help with, after explaining what happened Sunday she stated that stores have been having to shorten hours on Sundays due to staffing issues. When I asked how that was possible employers tell employees when they work she stated yeah right, whatever. I'll NEVER go back to any CVS!!!!!!!!!+

My medication is out of stock about every other month. Also when it finally is in stock and ready to pick up, you get there and there is no pharmacist there to give me my medication. Totally ridiculous. I feel awful for your employees having to deal with this. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE & maybe you would actually have people that want to work there. Money hungry corporate company.

Every month the same thing. I prefer to call and have my prescriptions renewed. Every 2 weeks they want to renew my 3 scripts. Now when I decline they call my primary and ask for a refill request when there are several left on each one. Then they fill them early. I've called the pharmacy asked them NOT to bother my primary I can send her message or call if my scripts need refill approvals. but no CVS takes it upon themselves to make requests that aren't needed. No, I do not and have never had automatic refill. They just take it upon themselves to do whatever they want. Getting really annoyed. Sadly, a couple other pharmacies around are worse...not sure how.
