With the other location not having what I wanted, this Dollar Tree didn't have it either. This location in particular looked in great shape as well, not too busy considering it was nighttime and in a spot where it doesn't drive a lot of customers. There weren't too many employees on staff when I came, which didn't catch me by surprise at all. Most of the items I find have decent sales, and I'm impressed to see the selections they have to offer (at least at this location). For the most part, this Dollar Tree gets a passing grade.

They had some great managers at this store in the past but the one they have now is the pits. Very unfriendly and rude. She has zero customer relations skills. There's no good morning, how are you or have a nice day. You might get a dirty look though if that's your thing.I honestly can't believe they made her the manager.

Dirty. Product everywhere, blocking isles.. As I was shopping there was a disagreement over the return policy which is apparently a trade no refund. Where is the sign for that? I set all of my stuff down, told off a cashier and left before I chance an assault charge because those cashiers have awful mouths. Calling anyone a racial slur is not what's up. They better hope no one helps them home!

The Johnson City Dollar Tree is one of the best. Always fully stocked, clean and organized. Plus excellent customer service.

This is the first time I have shopped at this Dollar Tree it is clean, organized, and well-lit. They have a great selection of items, with many new items too. The employees are pretty great, pleasant, helpful, interactive, and just an overall wonderful attitude. l find this location to be much better than the Binghamton location hands down.

Almost always got what I need for cheap prices though to be honest some times not the best deal but great options for low prices for all occasions
