Every time I go into this Bank the tellers are extremely nice especially Mrs Covello. The woman who handled my account yesterday was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this Bank, this one in particular.

This bank is terrible! The people are so rude !!! I came to this bank right before closing and didn’t realize I needed to deposit a check ! The woman yelled at me and told me the sign says closed ! WELL WHY ARNT YOUR DOORS LOCKED ! amateurs! Like give me a break LADY I’m a millennial we don’t read no signs??Thanks for noting key bank I’ll definitely be switching to NBT!

Slowest bank anywhere. Drive thru takes 10 minutes. Not enough employees I guess and they are rude when you get tired of waiting for them while they are on phone. The way I see it answer phone after customers are taken care of in drive thru. Dont use this branch. Not worth it!

Went to Key Bank, Johnson City, NY today with my mother. My father is in rehab and both are needing care and assistance. My parents share a joint account. I’m looking to have my name included to help my parents with their finances. Just a few weeks later we went and did same thing at another financial institution with no problem. Today, though, branch manager, Danielle Bulger would not accept the ID that my 83-year old, non/driving mother has. She pretty much said my dad has to come down in person. Not going to happen. Need 6 months of statements for Medical care applications, not going to happen. Very displeased with the lack of care toward my mother and our situation. I do not recommend Key Bank

Went there today after hitting a lot of walls with credit unions. The lady was great. Friendly and willing to help. After a few minutes she had everything going and I had an account. Can’t wait to switch everything over to Keybank. Thank you so much for everything you did for this girl.

Thank you business owner for actually replying to comments. It is a rare thing I post a lot of reviews and anyone that replies to a one star, professionally I find to be a good business and give them an extra star for caring what people think. This means you were trying to change the practice is at your bank and do the best that you can do. Good for you and thank you for doing local business in the area.

I have been a Key Bank customer since 1986. I opened my account in Syracuse, NY and kept it after I moved to Broome. When they opened a local bank I was thrilled, until I went there. The staff at the JC branch is arrogant and miserable. Management must make them count everything five times because it takes ten minutes for each transaction. So much for being a loyal customer, I am going to M&T.

Poor costumer service. I took my mother in-law there for a simple "medallion" signature authorization, and the bank representative gave my 95 year old mother in-law such a run around it was very uncalled for. We will need to go there 2 times to get it straightened out. Not an easy thing for someone of her age. We had the call an insurance company to get someone knowledgeable to interact with the bank rep. I left a message for the bank rep. to call us back, which she did not. I will need to call this bank again tomorrow. Not customer friendly and did not seem very knowledgeable.

First of I would like to say that this is the first bank that I've ever opened myself. I rated it as 1 because there is absolutely nothing to like about the service that this location provides. I just got an account couple days ago, and I want to cancel it as soon as I can. People who I've spoken to that works there seems very oblivious to their banks policy. The person who created my account did everything on his own. Did not bother to ask me what I had in mind, but just picked "what's best for me." After setting up the account, I deposited a check and I asked him if I could use the money right away and he said yes. He even told me I can come to the location and get money when I need it. So I was very happy and I paid my Electricity bill right away only to find out the next day that my check is on hold and I won't be able to do anything until the 11th of this month. Why I hate the service? Because that man downright lied to my face be it for ignorance of their policy or just to get me to continue with their service. Now not only will I have a late fee from my electric company I will also receive a fee from this bank. One of the worst decision of my life.
